      Awesome wages, solid benefits, great retirement package. Work only half the year while working 12hr shifts. Tons of time off!

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
