      I have been with the company only for a few months but I had the feeling to be in a big family from the beginning and very much appreciated.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Cons

      Can be high stress and long hours
