The owner is simply the worst person you will ever encounter in your life. He wants the staff to fear when he is there instead of be motivated by his presence. He is never satisfied no matter how well you run your venue. He’s racist towards guests and strongly sexist towards women in the workplace. I’ve also been told by a number of female employees that he harasses them and asks them on dates (He’s married). It’s almost comical that the company motto is: “Always positive, and being nice is free.” I guess that applies to everyone but the owner.
