There are lots of companies full of smart people, but it’s unusual to find a place like this full of extremely talented, bright people who are also a real pleasure to work with. This is very much a collaborative environment where the overriding goal is to delight our customers. The longevity of the company and key management is extremely rare in this industry. It is obvious that throughout the company’s history, they have been able to adapt and respond to changing market trends in this very competitive industry. As the company has evolved over the years, branching out into multiple locations and multiple vertical markets, the beneficial aspects of the small company environment have remained, and that is due to the leadership of the company. Some of the common barriers to communication I’ve experienced at other companies are not present here — anyone can talk with anyone else. This factor enables the company to deliver exceptional customer service. On a more individual level, despite the relatively small company size, there are opportunities for advancement in your career. Management has taken steps to highlight and promote these opportunities, which is especially important in this type of company with multiple locations.

For those coming from a startup environment with the latest tech company perks, this environment might feel old fashioned. Bottom line, this is a service company, focused on fulfilling customer needs in the most efficient way. This overriding goal necessitates certain characteristics in the work environment, such as defined working hours and working on-site.

With the current struggles of 2020 Corserva has certainly showed their employees just how much they care about them. I am relieved they are working with those of us who are parents through distance learning. When I spoke to my manager about my situation he said "whatever you need" and I can not express how much of a weight that was lifted off my shoulders. This company has showed in many more ways how they appreciate their employees such as providing coffee, filled refrigerator with drinks, snack bins of anything and everything but mostly how they treat you as a person. The owners come by every morning and greet you by name and are very approachable as well. Its a true family environment! I am a proud employee of Corserva and have been here 2 years now, hope to be here many more years to come!

It is small company and is very busy, we all tend to wear many hats here but management does well with making sure help is provided when/if needed. We communicate and work together
