      Corrpro's advantage is that it's one of the leading CP companies out there. You get to work with interesting people and on interesting projects. Benefits are great. Great place to start off your career to soak up as much experience as possible.

      Cons

      Merit based raises or bonus don't happen here for Engineers. Salary is comically under industry average.

      The people who are stuck here

      Cons

      -Problems paying employees. Having money problems. -Toxic, hostile work environment. -lack of management capability. -Choose to intimidate employees into staying. -Abusive employees are tolerated and protected. -Unrealistic targets. -Leadership doesn’t understand the market. -Morale has been flushed down the toilet.
