Pros
Good infrastructure and doing well
Cons
This company is one of the cheapest in every sense – from how they operate to the kind of staff they hire. Employees are treated no better than daily wage laborers, and the environment feels completely unprofessional. It’s honestly embarrassing to even mention working at Corro Health. Just look at their employee standards – it feels like they hire people off the street without any sense of qualification or professionalism. Entry-level staff are severely underpaid, sometimes even earning less than what a regular laborer makes in a day. That speaks volumes about how little this company values its workforce. The HR team is a joke. Most barely manage basic English and act as if knowing a few words makes them highly educated. Their arrogance doesn’t match their competence – in reality, they wouldn’t even qualify for a supervisor role in housekeeping in any decent organization.
