Pros
As a Software Engineer at Corrisoft for 5+ years I have had the opportunity to grow in a lot different area both professionally and personally. I love being given challenges AND the freedom to solve those challenges in an appropriate way. We are definitely not code monkeys. I have seen a number of ups and downs while here. But I think we have definitely had more ups than downs. I am looking forward to another 5+ years here.
Cons
My team definitely need to cut out the political rhetoric and water cooler gossiping. It's more damaging to inter and intra team cooperation than many may realize. It's pretty much the only part of working here that I hate.
