      Family owned, organized, clean, safe

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism in the workplace - only one person is allowed to work from home- there is another who comes in at what ever time she wants and leaves at whatever time too- there are no consequences for her tardiness and lack of work, employees salary does not reflect the cost of living,

      Great management and outstanding opportunities to learn. The people are great and the work can be challenging and rewarding.

      Limited growth opportunity due to management that have been in place for several years with several years still left in their careers.
