U will meet senior people here who will just talk on n on n u will wonder when n on wat do they work? . I remember a Project Manager who is merely interested in talking n controlling people than managing the projects. If they dont hv projetcs or get a cheaper resource than u they will start harassing you. U will be attacked personally with baseless allegations. The only work given to these managers is to harass people n throw them out even without notice wen projects are not there ( this is know as cost controlling here ). Families, friend n these project managers who drives this harrasing process are few employees who could hv survived here for longer time, else there is high employee turnover rate. I dont understand wat exactly these people plan for hrs n hrs they will just talk about management, n if everything is so well planned then y evryone exepriences mismanagement so soon after joining?
