Pros

Depending on the team - the Management is supporting a lot of times

Cons

- Changing stances on working conditions. First "We will never call you to the office" followed by "Only one day at work we promise we won't call you any other days" to now "three days, soon they would change the stance to 5 days" - Extremely long working hours, with limited support and then get asked continuously why do we have to work long hours. Tight deadlines is one thing, but to have it throughout the year is another. Very high attrition rate.

Work life balance was great and my management team was great until they started laying them off.

This company does massive layoffs, they are not tied to performance or productivity.
