Pros

- A very successful, revenue-driven, and customer-aggressive company (with different tricks how to increase revenues), that is improving financially year over year. A quick look into history tells – a real success story. - A can-do environment for someone, who wants to improve, innovate, change, …, set a landmark (of course depends on position, region, role, manager etc.). - Freedom, flexibility, salary (in more senior roles)

Cons

- Unfortunately in the last 2 years the big corporate monster has woken up and more and more this company is becoming a corporation with less common sense and more and more of those people in leadership roles, where they know how to talk but their added value is literally ZERO. Those who are great leaders is getting less and less.... - Company’s values like People or Integrity are not respected by some of the leaders - Had a global role too and almost every global project I was involved in didn’t make any sense. Those projects were lacking clarity, concept, value, driven by incompetence, though would cost company lots of money. Within some projects I had to step in and take over the ownership... - Simple centralization desire without any basic elements of understanding the specifics and complexity the same time. - All in one, projects, daily work, operations etc. within the specific region can be easilly a 5-star experience, while a lot of what is connected to “global”, “HQ”, etc. is very often a 1-star nightmare. - Incompetence and ignorance, without at least a try to understand (or pretending that try at least) - Global CEO and his team – a special story. This is one of the last companies where those guys didn’t understand what today is about. Unfortunately, nothing will change if the CEO keeps staying the same – once he is gone one day, maybe…

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
