Pros

Fleetcor is an incredibly rewarding place to work both financially and in a recognition sense. It is often a cliché in the corporate world but, here hard work genuinely pays off. Just to evidence that, this year Fleetcor are affording the top 14 performing sales executives both shares in the company and an all expenses paid luxury holiday to the Caribbean. This is above and beyond the already generous commission sceme. FleetCor have recently installed a new VP of sales who has been making waves in the company in a massively positive way and has been a driving force behind some big improvements and key hires within the company.

Cons

I suppose the only cons that I have at the moment are that the office is currently a bit tired and the carparking isn't ideal but we have been reliably informed that our VP has a plan in place to renovate our office and increase the parking capacity imminently.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Things including pay are always changing, youre slowly being required to do more while getting paid less
