Pros

Fleetcor is a great company. I have worked here for almost 5 years and I must say that we are truly like an extended family. We work hard to accomplish our goals, but we also like to have a little fun along the way. We always strive to ensure that we're doing all that we can to make our employees feel valued and appreciated. We believe in giving rewards and recognition whenever possible and celebrating success along the way. We also are dedicated to giving back to our community at every opportunity possible. I know that there are always areas of opportunity, but I feel as though Fleetcor is truly a positive and rewarding environment.

Cons

I enjoy our 401K match that the company provides, but wish it were just a little more.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Things including pay are always changing, youre slowly being required to do more while getting paid less
