Pros

Benefits package - PMI is above the likes of AxA/Bupa Enhanced Paternity / Maternity pay Free parking (Swindon) On site resteaurant Flat organisation structure - direct engagement with execs regardless of level Social and employee engagement has really stepped up in last 12 months showing they are listening Flex work within reason If you do a good job, you seem to be loaded with more responsibility which is great for development (albeit with no salary review in the short term). Depending on area - good internal promotion structure but lacking between operational/team leader to Head of/Director. Exciting things happening with new products coming up!

Cons

HR, while extremely helpful are hampered by process for even trivial queries While communication has gotten better we can do a lot more Noticed some areas are locked down to no flex work - Should be consistent across the company. Access to training or career development is limited without being pro-active At the end of the day, the business is there to make money for the shareholders in the US. Sales is king and so it has that ruthless feel sometimes without any clear values for the rest of the staff.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you have noticed that our Employee Engagement has improved over the past 12 months, we have been working hard to implement new initiatives to keep our employees engaged; we have lots more in store for the rest of the year including more ‘Lunch n Learns’ with a nutritionist across all sites, mental health wellbeing workshops and much more so keep your eyes peeled. If you feel that we can be doing more as a company, we hope that you took the opportunity to voice this and support HR in enabling change in our ‘Your Voice’ engagement survey we released in June and if you wish to voice your opinions further, we do have a ‘Bright Ideas Box’ located at every site where you can submit your ideas. In regards to consistency in flexible working, flexible working requests are open to all areas of the business and are considered by all areas of the business where submitted. However, as with all businesses, it isn’t always possible to accommodate these requests. We’re sorry you feel that access to training or career development is limited. Training and career development is a key area of an employee’s continuous development plan; a training budget is set each year for each department and this should be discussed with your line manager at your appraisal or development 1:1. We in HR are always looking at ways to improve our employee experience and find ways to reduce processes. We launched a new people platform, ‘Your Workday’, enabling employees to self-serve across Europe. As a company, we are trying to become more digital and look at areas of the business we can improve our employee experience through technology on an ongoing basis.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your long-standing commitment to Corpay. We appreciate hearing from team members with several years at the company. We are pleased you find management accommodating and value the opportunity for stock and ownership. We acknowledge your concern about frequent changes, especially regarding pay and evolving responsibilities. While change is constant in our industry, it should not result in team members feeling they are being asked to do more for less. Your feedback helps us maintain this balance as we review role expectations, compensation, and communication. Thank you again for your openness. Insights from current team members are essential to our ongoing improvement.
