A compact and capable team. Technical staffs are self motivated and eager to learn in fields of algorithm and engineering. A nice big office with wonderful view of the city. It is a very young company (average employee age) and full of passion. It is also a very pure technology company without all the politics and games. Staffs pursuit self development and self satisfaction in everyday work. Administration staffs are also young and with less experience. Cons
Lack unified telecom system so remote attendees have to install multiple clients for different meetings. Since it grows from a small engineering team to a full function company, the original communication method through personal contact with various IM clients are no longer suitable. More efficient and enterprise grade internal communication system should be in place. Deadline can be stressful. This is common in all startup companies which are trying to catch the market as much as possible. Due to the limited team size, everyone has to work on multiple tasks concurrently. This will force you to do quick context switch multiple times during day.
