Employee feedback is incredibly value as Core4ce continues to grow, and I can assure you that your point of view has sparked important discussions among our leadership team. The intent of the recent meeting you mentioned was to let our team know that customers are paying attention to productivity and expect timely responses from teleworkers. We are truly sorry if the message was delivered in a way that seemed uncaring of our employees, as that is completely at odds with the company culture we have built here at Core4ce. We are not planning to install keyloggers and encourage employees to reach out to their Program Managers or our Human Resources department with any concerns about remote work so that we can help everyone maintain a healthy work/life balance.
