The recruiter I work with at Core is good overall. We have a good rapport and she's very encouraging and supportive. Better experience than I have had at other staffing agencies. But like any staffing agency, it can take forever to get a reply and sometimes no reply. If you come into staffing agencies with that knowledge in mind, and you manage to get paired up with an otherwise good recruiter who doesn't push bad jobs on you, then it's not a bad setup. I've had other agencies push jobs on me that were completely wrong for me and didn't try to get me a higher wage. This is the one place that doesn't ghost me if I refuse to apply for a job and they have helped me get higher wages.

Typical staffing agency problems. They're always too busy to respond to your emails and sometimes you don't get a response.
