Nice office. Nice area. Friendly IT staff.

Cons

No minority managers , blatant racism, dishonest managers (in Westlake Shared Services Accounting), zero communication.

Pros

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Cons

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
