Pros
Its like working with family, the company is bringing forth more fun activities for employees. Ots starting to feel like a lesd stressful environment.
Cons
The first 60 days was pretty rough. There was no structure, no accountabilities for anyone actions. Supervisors and employees was just doing whatever they want. But i feel like second shift getd away with alot from damaging products, leaving alot of empty pallets in full case, damaging operating machines and racks, just not caring at all about the fact first shift workers has to deal with tjese problems.
