      Pros

      Best Health Benefit Out of Pocket Costs of any employer I have had in the last 10 years.

      Cons

      Management hasn't a clue in how to fix ongoing service levels. Hourly employees make a lot in over-time but are burnt out and do not show up for work as scheduled.
