Pros

Good and fun colleagues (same level) to bond with! :)

Cons

1. Non-competitive Compensation & Benefits: The salary offered is significantly below the current market rate for the role and industry. Furthermore, the benefits package is severely lacking. There is no AWS and no performance-based bonus scheme! 2. Company Culture: The company operates with a severely flattened hierarchy where everyone reports to a single person. This creates a significant bottleneck for decisions, stifles professional growth, and offers no clear career progression path. Employees are required to: · Clock in and out via a company app for everything, including lunch breaks. · Handwrite the company values on paper and submit them monthly. This is an administrative task that feels performative and adds no value, instead taking time away from meaningful work.

He values employees’ input and is always open to discussing ideas and feedback, which helps build trust and transparency across the organization. Growth Opportunities: Employees are often given chances to take on new responsibilities, lead initiatives, and develop new skills. The company supports personal and professional development. Inclusive Company Culture: CorDx fosters a culture of inclusion and mutual respect. Employees from different backgrounds feel welcomed and valued, which enhances team harmony and creativity. Work-Life Balance: While the company can be fast-paced at times, there's a general respect for employees’ time and well-being, with flexibility when needed.

Cons

Sometimes, there are changes within a short period of time, but I think that's common in all types of companies.

Pros

None, honestly, this compnay is conviced that what they're doing isn't just white labeling and copying the first to market.

Cons

Leadership is the company's biggest problem. The CEO has an abrasive management style and often speaks to employees in a way that comes across as dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. There is a noticeable lack of respect for staff, and many employees feel talked at rather than listened to. The culture can feel old-fashioned and hierarchical, with leadership decisions often driven by ego rather than collaboration. Employee feedback is rarely taken seriously, and morale suffers as a result. There are talented people throughout the organization, but turnover and frustration remain high because of leadership issues that have gone unaddressed for far too long.
