Pros

Some exposure to high-pressure projects for those looking to test their limits. A few good colleagues doing their best in a tough environment.

Cons

No Salary Growth: Appraisal cycles are frequently skipped without explanation. No salary hikes in years, regardless of performance. Severely Underpaid: Compensation is far below industry standards. People with 10–15 years of experience are paid at the level of fresher. Micromanagement Culture: Intense follow-ups every few hours, leaving little room for focus or independent work. High-pressure environment every single day. Poor Work Environment: Overcrowded office space with not enough desks or monitors. Sometimes employees are working from the office kitchen chairs. Zero Recognition: Working long hours, weekends, or nights doesn’t lead to any appreciation or reward. Every year, the excuse is “no budget,” and the promise is “next year,” which never changes. Toxic Retention Tactics: When someone tries to resign, they’ll offer a counter-offer far below market value just to retain you. It’s more about control than appreciation. Mental Strain: The constant pressure, lack of growth, and disregard for employee wellbeing make this a mentally exhausting place to work. Bottom Line: Avoid unless it’s your only option in Ireland — and even then, proceed with caution.

Pros

Some "work flexibility". If you like to travel, theres opportunities to do so. Their product has a lot of potential. Mid-level employees are generally good people to work with.

Cons

If you are reading this in preparation for an interview, I would ask questions specifically about the points below and their plans to improve, make them be specific in their responses. If they give you some sort of general answer, just know, they have no real plan of improving anything. Terrible culture starting with terrible upper and senior management completely lacking in basic relationship skills such as: - tactful communication - ability to build any trust or stability amongst the team - feedback Company has a high turnover rate, about 12 people came and left within a year of being hired, or in one case quit within about a month of joining because of the complete chaos. The stress levels are very high, most people are looking for another job. Leadership has and will sellout in throwing their own team members under the bus, and have fired numerous people at the request of customers, without notice, regardless of good performance. Two-faced politics are very real at the this company, they will preach we're all "Cora family", but their actions would say otherwise otherwise. Their is no onboarding process to speak of, sink or swim mentality from day one, with no structured support, and when/if you fail, the blame will fall on you.
