Pros
Diverse workload, changing environment, certainly not boring. Owners & manager are hardcore MAGA enthusiasts.
Cons
Owners & manager are hardcore MAGA enthusiasts. I listed this as a pro as well depending on if you fall into that camp or not. I don't feel like I need to elaborate too much into it but let's say if you lean left then you will probably not be welcomed here. Pay is average at best subpar at worst for the amount of work that you put into the place. Owners strut around their wealth but then state that there's not enough money for raises, let alone overtime. Some clients you have to deal with are verbally abusive, management would rather defend them as a client then deal with problematic customers. Nepotism and favoritism run very rampant here. There are some employees who've been with the company a long time, who are a determent to company moral even though they literally will not work. Management refuses to acknowledge problems, due to some employees having personal relationships with the owners. Turnover is high, cannot retain talent for more than a year on average.
