      Pros

      Eddie man is an amazing person. Who truly cares about his employees. Some middle Management may need some work. Overall everyone is nice and pleasant to work with. However there is a lot of gossip and rudeness from some senior employees. Who are not open to change.

      Cons

      Alot of micro managing. A lot of upper management not open to changing their ways. Office politics.

      The company has an amazing Leadership Team and President that truly care about the employees. The employees are great as well.

      Pros

      There are many hard-working employees there with whom I enjoyed getting to know.

      Cons

      Management at Cor-Pro start out as friendly and supportive but it turns out to be all talk. The owner is loyal to only a few people at the company and that is a detriment to all of the other employees. Upper management has a "holier than thou" attitude which causes a divide among all employees. Also, there are a lot of inter-relationships that are tolerated by management which again is a problem for the regular employees.
