Pros

Strong international community, great people (below management level). English as a first language.

Cons

Informational chaos and terrible management. Scaling company up was clearly too much for C-level employees, whose egos prevented them from stepping down from the functions they clearly were incompetent to perform. This was very impactful, as the company relies on hiring internationals as their business model requires native speakers of many languages. Internationals in Denmark don't have such an easy way to rotate jobs, therefore there are easier to exploit, which was often the case here. Spending time there seemed like from certain growth point every bad decision followed even worse one, making people on bottom of the ladder more miserable and confused (without any financial benefits, of course), while people on top were as confused, but more absent or BS'ing. I do not recommend this workplace to anyone ever.

Pros

Good lunch and some nice coworkers

Cons

Very little information surrounding the work. Sudden layoffs that seemed random. Poor management. HR person is also CAO which meant there weren’t anyone to talk to.

Pros

HQ location was pretty nice

Cons

During my time at the company, I witnessed significant instability in management. Leadership frequently assured employees that everything was going well, only to implement major rounds of layoffs shortly after—this happened multiple times. There is little accountability when targets are not met, and overall direction seems unclear. On the employee side, expectations are quite low. There is minimal pressure, and lateness is largely overlooked, with both staff and management coming and going as they please. Some show up right before lunch. However, this lack of structure contributes to a disengaged work environment where many employees stay solely for the paycheck rather than job satisfaction. From an ethical standpoint, the company presents itself as legally compliant but lacks in-house legal expertise. Decision-making around claims often follows a "if it works, it works" mentality, with little concern for overcharging. Overall, this is not a company that prioritizes stability, accountability, or employee engagement.
