Great company to work for. excellent managers who lay their expectations out on the table. easy to follow directions. No sugar coating or misleading. Mon through Friday scheduled 8 to 5. A company that values family time. Vacation time after 90 days employment. average to above starting pay wage. High opportunity for advancement.
Cons
For yard employees as myself there is a lot of time outdoors with no shade to hide from the sun, although you can come inside to take breaks from the sun. You are then put in the spot light by office employees once you enter the building... no outdoor bathroom so depend on how big the yard is you can be walking along way to use the bathroom. 1016's can become your worst nightmares.
