1- Some of the leadership team is very supportive and provides direction and guidance. 2- Good growth opportunities if you work good or come in good books of your management. 3- Self growth is supported. 4- Work life balance is good.
Cons
1- There is always a uncertainty of restructuring and roles getting redundant. 2- Company vision and motive keeps changing. 3- Many times the projects and vendors are just decided based on executive’s biases; no real value to team is considered. 4- Company policies are made but can be or not followed based on HR, leadership, executives preferences. 5- Employees are not respected/ valued by executives and business partners. 6- No monetary growth. 7- Huge leadership biases leads your career growth. 8- CEO or HR don’t provide any transparency or clear answers to the things where employees have right to know and the answer is just ‘it’s leadership decision’ to 90% of the things without providing any justified response to things like performance, promotions, salary hikes and many more.
