Pros
Management listens and is willing to support & educate their employees. The clerks on the distribution floor understand what works and don't, so it will most likely benefit the overall distribution process when suggestions and ideas are passed on to others.
Cons
No restaurants with good and healthy lunch nearby. Perhaps a mobile taco stand that offers delicious and wholesome salads will be most welcome by employees.
