Good work environment and culture. The environment and the employee behaviour, these two things matter a lot for a new joiner but in Cooper these 2 things are very good and my manager is also very sincere and all employees are also. Their management is transparent. Company policies are good, Director & Senior are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
