- great working environment depending on the department - friendly family like staff - helpful through out branches

Cons

-horrible management. Manager doesnt help at all. Allows you to fail and doesn't take the time to see to it you succeed and leaves it to the regional manager who only shows up once a week and talks on the phone the entire time and just wonders the shop! - no room for growth within the organization -over worked. underpaid - the gossip is abusive
