      The Cooper Auto Group provides a fun and energetic business environment. The Cooper Auto Group also promotes honesty and transparency, when communicating with clients. I was new to the car business when I joined the Cooper Auto Group three years ago, and every year gets better and better!

      New hires needs more consistent sales training, and customer service training.

      Innovative outlook on the industry. Great training programs. Established best practices, procedures and processes make it easy to succeed. One of the top 10% Auto Groups in the Country.

      In sales we work Saturdays but that is common practice for our Industry.
