Pros
As with any organization, there are hardworking, good to the soul individuals working at Cooley. They get little recognition and they hold the company together.
Cons
Senior Management lacks meaningful and sustainable structure. Nepotism is crippling this company. Their HR Dept needs a total sweep, as they do not understand their purpose. Senior Management is good at the veneer, not strong under the surface. In real need of leadership training in all departments.
