The Partner in Charge and Director of Administrative both seem to really care about the office and everyone that works here. There are countless people that have been at this office for 15+, 20+, 25+ years! It's visible people care about each other here. You can also tell people work really hard. That is to be expected and shouldn't surprise anyone that knows the legal industry, but there are tons of fun socials and events. They really do a good job of balancing it out. The benefits are amazing too, including some great office perks!
