      Cooley is a well oiled machine. You're well trained on every task you're given and set up to succeed. Executives are respectful and helpful. Staff is world class.

      Nothing bad to say about this company. I would recommend it to anyone who would ask. Nothing but great things to say about Cooley.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
