Considerate and intelligent co-workers. Excellent facilities and IT support. Enthusiastic paralegals and secretarial staff. Senior attorneys respected junior attorneys and treated them like a human beings.

Cons

Typical big law hours make work/life balance difficult.

Cons

Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
