Pros
been here 2 years already and i haven’t had any major issues nor seen any with management. integrity is TOP priority get to work independently, but having to check in daily all training is top notch and very thorough (you even get per diem too!)
Cons
sometimes work late… some jobs require night services but that’s rare. and saturday’s are rare too, if you stay ahead with production. every few months you have to be on call on a saturday so basically 3-5 times a year you’re required to work a saturday.
