In the two months you worked with us, you didn't come to office for more than 3 weeks citing various reasons even though we informed you during the recruitment process that we don't have a Work from Home option. We were clear about why we let you go from our company citing lack of communication, inability to work with the team, inability to stick to timelines and for not taking ownership of your domain. You were also not taking any effort to understand the culture and didn't respond well to feedbacks given on your work by your colleagues who were younger by age but had domain expertise.
