Pros
Free food for management. Learned how to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining good food quality. Great, if you don't like sleep.
Cons
Couldn't leave the restaurant doors after 945PM, if you did, you couldn't come back in! Every one would smoke cigarettes in the bathroom, which was located IN THE REAR OF THE RESTAURANT. Gross.. On their breaks, crew members would sit on crates and line the rear perimeter of the restaurant.. MIT's work 12-13 hour shifts with no breaks. This job really tests your well-being.
