Pros

Company car, nothing else I can think of other than a company car. ok company car but thats all just a company car.

Cons

Management, seems like their Regional Managers have no clue how to manage their employees in the field and there is way too much favortism. If you speak your mind be prepared to be forced out of your job, they say they never lay off or fire people but that is just not true. If you don't fit your regions culture be prepared to be forced out. Also, forcing people to be hybrid reps for little to know pay won't cut it for most, while your top reps get their small territory's other reps get bigger territory's with lazy co-works who expect you to take the slack for them while you increase their dollar amount especially on the PI side. No family life for field reps with huge territory's either. Pay not up to industry level.

Pros

I left my old wage here because Cook just gave a $1 increase to current employees but not new ones, so yeah.. any ways the Benefits, Schedule flexibility, and Overtime are probably the only good things.

Cons

Higher-ups suck. Ranging from team leads to middle management. Lots of other departments are typically nice, but some departments are all about control and leave no room for moving up, especially with all the favoritism each department has.
