Pros

Really cool team. You'll get to meet a lot of people in there late teens and early 20s that are all really really nice.

Cons

They just won't give you breaks on long shifts. On-site for 12+ hours and only paid for 9-10 hours. Upper management won't listen to on-site staff regardless of sites needing help.

Pros

the boss, Mike Hawkurts, is a very sweet man. really knows how to lay pipe!

Cons

they could be more generous with their paid maternity leave. though the hourly wage is over 6 figures, I am frustrated at the lack of child care options near the facility.

Pros

The team here is amazing. A great team culture, and a fairly competitive discount (on certain items) make CBB a nice all-rounder for people working about 12 hours a week. If you don't mind working nights/weekends/weekend nights, which is rewarding in its own right. If you are looking for a few shifts a week to earn a little extra cash, then this company is perfect.

Cons

Upper management is removed from team needs and venue upkeep. They have displayed inconsistencies with renumeration, and will mislead on certain mission-critical details that borders on straight up lying. Upper management have been known to gaslight employees on taking responsibility without doing so themselves. Staff turnover is incredibly high, and loyalty is actively punished. Pursue employment at your own risk, ESPECIALLY if you're on a visa.
