Super-talented and hardworking coworkers. Both of my ratings stars go to them! The trucking industry presents an huge opportunity for tech disruption. Catered lunches on Fridays are a nice perk. Great location near Pike Place.
Cons
Underappreciated employees. I’ve seen my coworkers work insane hours to move mountains with little recognition. To advance, expect to find a role elsewhere. Limited investment in employee skill development. The company is growing, so the prevailing trend has been to bring in new workers over developing in-house talent. The bigger tech companies in the area do a better job at this. Salary and benefits are well below market average, in some cases less than half of what other players in the local tech community are paying. This is tough to swallow in a city as expensive as Seattle. As other reviews mention, dissenting voices just disappear. Over the past year this has happened multiple times at different seniority levels, so it's no longer a surprising part of working here.
