Pros
Remote and flexible hours which is the biggest pro. Also a sales environment that has actual warm leads and a great process to follow allowing for lots of sales opportunity as opposed to a self-prospecting role. A lot of encouragement from the team and management.
Cons
Commission only so can be emotionally taxing if you are not into sales. No health insurance.
