Worked there 13 years and managed for about 4. Always loyal to the company but when needed support after being off for compassionate leave I was investigated two days after return and given a final warning the week after. Other management got away with murder because they were in the click and big bosses know this. Few weeks after put under pressure to step down with no real reason to why. During this time I went off sick and since left. Other team leaders being treated in a similar way and leaving with no choice. Advisors treated worse and if they take a dis liking to you your s gooner. Advertise great bonus however al most impossible to get for managers and agents unless your in the click. Horrible place horrible people managing at the top. Stay away at all costs!!!!!
