      Pros

      Great Office, friendly co workers and easy to learn. Management is helpful and consistent with advice. Work vehicle provided and gas card for it. work phone and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Management seems to be on top of you a lot. work commutes vary from 15 minutes to an hour or more variating on job site. Site locations may present unpleasant environments like ceilings, tight spaces and or heights. Management is always on top of you. Growth opportunities mentioned I have not seen them yet though. It is a tight industry.

      Friendly environment, flexibility, decent pay, opportunity for promotion or position change depending on your location

      Cons

      V&Bs are no longer at the front of how the company is led, teamwork is another way to manipulate you into doing more work for the same pay, concentration on administration costs results in giving more work to people who stay when others leave
