Pros
Decent pay, good work-life balance, good time off policy, company vehicle/phone/laptop, good insurance, fun team involvement, they seem to try very hard to stick to their values and beliefs. They provide support on a personal level when needed. There seems to be a genuine sense of sincerity and care.
Cons
OT and drive time policies get a little dicey at times, sometimes get caught up in the minutia on budgeting. The colloquial saying "Tripping over dollars to pick up dimes" applies sometimes. Vehicle upgrade/swap out practice is inconsistent
