Pros
When I first got hired it was awesome. They were committed to their " Values and Beliefs" which can be looked up on their website.
Cons
But as the company grew they have mangers that come from Tyco and now those managers have hired more of their people which also have come from Tyco. This had changed the scheme of things within the office. we have supervisors that disrespect the technicians. Technicians are thrown into situations without training. The supervisors are always in a meeting so they dont answers phone calls.
