      They are a big company that is growing very fast. They have good company values beliefs. How ever not everyone treats each others as equals.

      I feel like you don't get paid what your worth, for your ability, you move up buy being liked by certain management .

      Friendly environment, flexibility, decent pay, opportunity for promotion or position change depending on your location

      Cons

      V&Bs are no longer at the front of how the company is led, teamwork is another way to manipulate you into doing more work for the same pay, concentration on administration costs results in giving more work to people who stay when others leave
