Pros

Great benefits and decent pay.

Cons

- The role was not what was described in the contract. - The client I was to be placed under ended up not signing with the company. I was placed under an insurance care coordination team. I was expected to call patients with "high medical expenses" and "encourage" them to transition care to more "affordable" providers, despite the quality or reason for care ie. cancer, autoimmunity, etc.

Pros

company gives decent paid time off and holiday leave and the position is remote.

Cons

first, don’t let the phrase “remote” fool you. this is a literal work from home position where you cant take your laptop even to the library down the street. they want you to solely do your work, FROM home (or in the in person office located in Dallas). I know of plenty of other positions that are more lenient of this, but not this company. as much as they say they don’t, you’re definitely micromanaged. If you want a company that will show favoritism, work here. you could be the hardest worker on the team, but if you’re not a favorite, you won’t be rewarded or even acknowledged. don’t expect to get any promotions or career growth opportunities here either. the company likes to brag on making more and more money each year but yet they pay their employees the absolute bare minimum (unless you’re a favorite then you get bonuses and pay increases). the job also wasn’t clearly advertised until I began. the daily workflow is not something I would have chosen if it would’ve been presented in the beginning (cold calls to people every single day). management becomes aggressive when it comes to not meeting your monthly numbers. people quit left and right here, and that should tell you everything you should know. many people experience burn out here. make sure that is something you’re prepared for.

Pros

hard to say. not a lot of benefits when it comes to this job

Cons

horrible management, horrible pay and day-to-day processes. job description is nothing like what you do all day. no opportunities for growth here.
