Flexibility with Caveats - Senior Manager Convera Employee Review

The work/life is great. The flexibility of the job is great. A lot of domain level knowledge to learn.

Work can be boring at times.

Pretty transparent about the financials.

Functionally siloed with little/no cross-functional collaboration which made for a very contentious environment with in-fighting and people were territorial. Management team is simply aiming for their earn-out. Don't really care about how they get it all done.
