Thank you for taking the time to comment! From the HR perspective, working for a company with our wonderful culture of caring and transparency is a an absolute pleasure. Couldn't agree with you more. Also agree that in our remote work environment it can be very challenging to see each other face-to-face. For the fully remote staff, we make every effort to bring teams together in person as often as feasible. We're pleased to offer all employees the opportunity to travel and work onsite with other team members, a unique experience that CDS can offer. Finally, we're always working to build our virtual culture, with interactive Teams channels, all company meetings, team meetings, etc. If you have any ideas on other ways to enhance our virtual culture, please do share!
